Production Updates

This page tracks the ongoing development of projects at Mount Helicon Productions. Here we share major milestones as our films move from concept through development and toward production.

Updates may include script progress, location development, key creative partnerships, and other production milestones as they occur.

Current Development Activity

Mount Helicon Productions is currently advancing several projects in active development.

Goat Man, a supernatural folklore horror film set in North Texas, is moving through early pre-production as the creative team continues to take shape. Locations have been secured across the region, and development discussions are underway with potential directors, cast, and key production partners.

Additional projects in the company’s slate continue to progress through development:

Hunger, a psychological horror project inspired by mythic folklore, is currently in script development.

Christmas Spirit, a dark holiday fantasy exploring the origins of winter folklore, is also in the writing stage.

The Con(t), an un-romantic crime comedy, is undergoing a full script rewrite as the story and tone continue to evolve.
